Football fans will agree that it is always a treat to see two iconic players – Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi together in one frame. This time, however, it’s not on the field, but in a new ad that has everyone talking.
Danish toy giant LEGO has launched a special football-themed collection ahead of the FIFA World Cup. The company shared the announcement, leaving fans in awe. The caption reads, “Everyone wants a piece. #HonestlyItsNotAI #LEGO.”
In the ad, Ronaldo and Messi, along with current stars of the game, Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr., are seen interacting with LEGO bricks, even attempting to recreate the FIFA World Cup trophy in their own style.
Responding to the video, one wrote, “Incredible this is the best ad I’ve ever seen.” Another commented, “Most expensive ad this year.” “Imagine when Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi both said ‘yes’ to one ad… Maybe the budget needed its sponsorship,” wrote one, while another added, “All four legends in one video, so cool.”
“Four stars in one ad, wow!” wrote one. Another fan commented, “I thought it was AI at first. But upon closer inspection I realized it was the greatest AD of all time.”
