What Happened Last Year?
The 2025 Chinese Grand Prix was full of drama. Oscar Piastri dominated the race, leading almost every lap to take victory for McLaren, with teammate Lando Norris finishing second. George Russell completed the podium in third place. Ferrari endured a horrific weekend with Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc both disqualified – Hamilton for illegal driving and Leclerc for being underweight. Alpine’s Pierre Gasly was also eliminated for the same reason. World champion Max Verstappen finished fourth, unable to match McLaren’s pace.
