Ceci Lee Sze-wing continued her fine run of form on Thursday, claiming gold at the Asian Track Championships in the Philippines.
A triple medalist from last year’s National Games, Lee was part of the city team that broke the national record for bronze on Wednesday.
His Tagaytay elimination race victory 24 hours later represents an improvement on the money he won in the same event 12 months ago. Lee now has two Asian track golds after breaking his duck in the opening race last year.
China’s Chen Ning was second, with Japanese rider Misaki Okamoto third.
