The person that police are trying to identify in connection with the incident was described as a white or Native American man, tall (over six feet), and about 40 years old with a medium build. Police said the man had acne scars on his cheeks, facial hair (possibly a mustache), spoke English without an accent, was known to smoke, was traveling on foot, and had a black jacket and baseball cap.
