Where wheat flour noodles are the star of the show.
Just ahead of the exit School on Liverpool Street is Ranita, a nine-seat ramen bar where wheat flour noodles are the showpiece. It was recently opened by the couple Zoe Erskine and Javier Garcia Tornel, whose offer is short but considered. There are two soups, including shoyu ramen with braised pork and vegetable shio ramen with pickled shiitake and vegetables, as well as a koshihikari rice bowl with seasonal toppings.
Good to know: Ranita is only open for lunch Tuesday through Friday, and you can’t make a reservation.
