Why and how did Matibag jump from Duterte to the Marcos administration?
MANILA, Philippines – Melvin Matibag he moved from being the Cabinet secretary of former president Rodrigo Duterte to being the head of the National Intelligence Bureau of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
He was also the secretary general of Duterte’s PDP. Why and how did he jump to the Marcos regime?
