Seven clean sheets, just one goal, and a fierce strike from Ferran Torres in the final ended their dominance. At the center of it all was Yamal, who wrote his name in history as the youngest player to win the Euro and the World Cup. On the tarmac, he gave, and from him, went the virus.

The saggy shorts that launched a thousand memes

In the clip circulating now, Yamal can be seen playing with his teammates, completely lost in the moment. But fans couldn’t help but look at one thing, his sagging shorts. Social media didn’t waste much time; comments ranged from confused to downright wild. β€œIt pulls you in pants up bro wtf,’ said one. Another added, “How are his shorts?” One more joined the bandwagon, “What style is this I don’t know lol.”

Some joined the more aggressive streaks, while others questioned the trend altogether. “Idk why men do this; it doesn’t even look good,” one user wrote.

The sadness of Argentina

While Spain celebrated, Argentina were left to deal with a crushing defeat. Lionel Messi he described the loss as very painful, saying, “The pain is great, and it will take a long time for this wound to heal.” Still, the veteran forward praised the resilience of his team and thanked the fans for their unwavering support, calling it a time for national unity.
