The man refused to drop the ax and walked about 250 meters from his car. At 6:16 a.m., two OPP officers dispatched ARWEN, and a police dog brought the man down. He was checked at the scene by emergency medical services and found to be unharmed, then arrested under the Mental Health Act and taken to Cornwall Community Hospital.
