Another 13 people were killed when an airstrike hit a residential building in Eslamshar, a suburb on the outskirts of southern Tehran.
Iran has not released total casualty figures from the war for several days. It has also not discussed its material loss.
In Israel, authorities issued a single missile alert.
In Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, two such alerts were issued as air defenses were fired upon, but it was not immediately clear what was aimed at Iran.
Kuwait also said its air defenses operated several times throughout the night to intercept incoming missiles.
More than 3,500 people have been killed since the fighting began on February 28, with thousands more injured, according to the interior ministry and human rights groups.
While the United States, Israel and Iran are the main aggressors, a total of 15 countries have been targeted by missile and drone attacks, disrupting air travel, global shipping and energy markets.
