Not only yes It beats the Powerbeats Pro 2 the best headphones for exercise if you have an Apple Watch, but it’s also the best headphones for exerciseperiod. They even have a heart rate monitor that is built off of the one used on the Apple Watch. If you already own an Apple Watch, this feature is redundant, as iOS will prioritize the more sophisticated Apple Watch readout over the earbuds. But if you run with third party fitness programs like Nike Run Club or Peloton, you’ll find the additional data useful.
Additionally, the buds are comfortable, sound great, have excellent noise cancellation, and have many of the aforementioned Apple-exclusive features, such as hands-free Siri (no Adaptive Voice, however, sadly). The case also charges wirelessly and, unlike many other Apple products, comes in bright and fun colors. Our test unit is Lightning Orange, but I find Hyper Purple to be just as good. –Adrienne So
