Brady Tkachuk held on for the fourth straight as the Senators were swept

Kleven was one of two Senators who didn’t have a bad game this series (the other is obviously Ullmark). He was one of two defensive tackles on Saturday, leading the D with five tackles, all big. It’s sad to see Alexander Nikishin unable to get off the ice on his own, but that was one of the hardest tracks you’ll ever see. Kleven also crushed Blake in the first corner, and had a ton of takeaways in the penalty shootout. For the second game in a row, he was Ottawa’s most confident blueliner on puck rebounds, calmly shaking off forwards to make good first passes. And for the second year in a row, you can make a case that Kleven was the Dmen’s top Senator in the postseason.
