“During these periods, many workers have parked illegally wherever a space appears to be available, including in grassy areas along the road or at the end of parking lots,” Drescher Brown said. “While we acknowledge and appreciate the staff’s frustration, illegal parking is not safe. We have no choice but to pull over.”
