CEBU, Philippines – The 48th meeting of the United Nations of Southeast Asia (ASEAN). The retreat session is going into overtime, and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says the union has agreed on the need for energy security, stability in the South China Sea, and development in Myanmar.

But there is no specifics and time to be revealed yet at the end of the first meeting of leaders for the year.
