The last time Rattray skated at the Canadian Tire Center was in December 2022, during the PWHPA all-star weekend, before the PWHL existed. At the time, women’s hockey in the NHL was still seen as a one-time event, and drew about 4,000 fans for the 3-on-3 exhibition and skill competition.
