One person has died and four others have been hospitalized after a shooting in south-west Sydney.
NSW Police were called to Liverpool Hospital at 8.30pm on Tuesday after two men, believed to be in their 20s, suffered multiple injuries. Despite treatment, one of the men died a short time later, while the other was in stable condition, police said.
Ten minutes after the call, two other men arrived at Fairfield Hospital in serious condition. They are being treated for their injuries.
At around 9.50pm, a man believed to be aged 19 was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition and is being treated for injuries, police said.
A crime scene has been set up at a house in Canley Heights and police are investigating with help from the homicide squad.
