On May 21, the news release said Gatineau Police Service they arrested Mohamed Doulde Sow, 28, Emmanuel Lokota-Sangwa, 31, and Jonathan Muanda-Kuika, 30. They were later brought to court on charges that include: sex; sexual harassment; stimulation of sexual contact; administer, cause to be administered or attempt to cause to be administered a drug or substance.
