Alan Greenspan served as the 13th chairman of the Federal Reserve for 18 and a half years, during which the United States experienced a stable Central Architecture, relatively low inflation, and growing prosperity, although his policies were also blamed for the dot-com bubble and the global financial crisis of 2007-08.
