He also revealed the most memorable impression he has received about their similarities, the footballer he would like to change for him, and much more. Without further ado, read the interview here!

1) The Internet has declared Norwegian soccer player Erling Haaland to be a doppelganger. What? How did you react when you started seeing people comparing like that?

I’ve been getting comments that I look like Erling for years, but it never happened until recently. It has been a surreal experience! He is one of the greatest footballers in the world at only 25 years old, and I have been impressed by the way he carries himself. Plus, she has amazing hair, so I’ll gladly take the comparison!

2) What is the funniest or most memorable comment you have received about your resemblance to Haaland?

My favorite comment has to be, “I’ve never seen you and Haaland in the same room together.” In that game, people were coming up to me saying they didn’t believe I was real because they had convinced themselves I was Erling using a filter. That was fun.

3) Erling Haaland himself commented on one of your posts. How did you initially react when you saw that?

I was totally shocked! At first, I didn’t even notice his reaction because everything was moving so fast. As soon as I saw it, I was really surprised. The fact that he leaned into the joke made the whole experience even funnier.

4) Many people hope that you and Haaland will meet face to face. If that happened, what would be the first thing you would say to him?

That would be a dream come true. First of all I would ask her to walk me through her entire hair routine because obviously whatever she does works!

5) Does the constant comparing and matching create any pressure, or have you been enjoying it?

I have truly loved every minute of it. It’s been a lot of fun interacting with soccer fans, organizing events, and seeing how much joy this has brought to people. I haven’t felt any pressure at all; I’ve just been enjoying the ride.

6) Your social media following has grown since the comparison went viral. How does it feel?

I am very grateful for all the help. I’ve been creating content for over four years, so it’s been really rewarding to see something I’ve worked on for so long connect with so many people. I’m excited to continue growing my hair and beauty community while also exploring gaming content in a way that feels authentic to me.

7) You’ve also been compared to Zara Larsson and a younger Taylor Swift. What? do you have a favorite comparison, and why?

I think Erling Haaland and Zara Larsson have been my favorite comparison. They’re both fun characters to be compared to, and I love that they don’t seem too mean.

8) Your knitting tutorials have already built a following on social media. How did you first get into creating hair content?

I was working at a beach bar in Hilton Head and started trying different hairstyles to see if it would affect my tips. What started as a fun little experiment unexpectedly turned into a community of people who genuinely loved hair content. That’s when I discovered how much I enjoyed creating videos and connecting with people online, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

9) How do you balance short-term fame while still showcasing your knitting talent?

Honestly, by staying true to who I was before all of this happened. Haaland’s content brought many new people to my page, but hair and beauty have always been my passion. I love seeing comments from people saying, “I came to Haaland but stayed for the hair content.” That’s exactly what I expected.

10) What kind of creator do you hope to become once people look beyond viral time?

I am very grateful that people found me through the likeness of Erling Haaland; It was completely unexpected, and it has opened so many doors. But in the long run, I want people to stay because of the value I bring, not just because I look like a celebrity. Hair and beauty have always been a passion of mine, so I want to be known as someone people can trust for real hair advice, product recommendations and tutorials that genuinely help them feel more confident. I like to create content that is fun, but also useful.

At the same time, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy hanging out with sports fans. I have always loved the energy that comes with competition, team spirit and game days. Since so many people found me through soccer, it’s been exciting to bring those worlds together in a way that feels real.

11) Which football player do you think would have the most fun getting a braid fix?

Obviously Erling Haaland. I think we need to recreate one of its traditional images in comparing French knives and finally settle the debate.

12) For people who discovered you because of Haaland’s resemblance, what is one thing you want them to know about you?

I think the biggest thing I’d like people to know is that I don’t take myself too seriously. The reason I leaned on Haaland’s jokes was because I actually thought they were funny. Making people laugh has always been one of my favorite parts of creating content. Whether it’s making fun of myself, jumping on a silly trend, or sharing everyday experiences, I want my page to feel like you’re hanging out with a friend. If people leave my content smiling, then I’ve done my job.

13) Finally, what dream project do you hope this new focus can help you achieve? Has this new focus opened any doors to a project you’ve always wanted to do?

One of my biggest hopes is that this opens more doors in the hair and beauty space. This event made me realize how much I truly love the world of sports, not just the games themselves, but the community, the competition, and the excitement that brings people together. I’d like to host live events, create fan-first content, and work with brands, leagues and teams on events that make sports feel more fun and accessible. My goal is to combine everything I love – beauty, sports, humor, and content creation and create something that is truly unique.
