Police also said that Kevin-Jordy Rotangar, 26, of Gatineau was facing charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault, among other charges, at the time of his arrest. They said investigators were “working in collaboration with the Director of Criminal Prosecutions and Penalties (DPCP) on the charges that will be laid in this case”.
