President Trump’s approval rating on his handling of the economy appears to be falling, according to a recent poll from New York Times. The panelists are on Washington Week With The Atlantic joined in to explore how voters’ perceptions of the president might change, and more.
With costs rising, some Trump voters are starting to cut back on spending, Yvonne Wingett Sanchez, staff writer at Atlantiche said last night, referring to voters he has spoken to while reporting in Arizona. “It’s the sacrifices they have to make in their homes and in their households to be able to afford this environment,” he added. For these voters, “psychologically, they feel like they are in a very bad place.”
