In breaking news, Trump says Israel and Lebanon have agreed to extend the ceasefire for three weeks after a meeting of the delegations of those countries and senior US officials.
In a post on Social Facts a few minutes ago, Trump confirmed the addition.
“The President of the United States, DONALD J. TRUMP, the Vice President of the United States, JD Vance, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marco Rubio, the Ambassador of Israel, Mike Huckabee, and the Ambassador of Lebanon, Michel Issa, met today with high-ranking representatives of Israel and Lebanon in the Oval Office. The meeting went very well! The United States is deliberately going to help Lebanon,” Hezbollah said.
“The cease-fire agreement between Israel and Lebanon will be extended for THREE WEEKS. I look forward to welcoming the Prime Minister of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu, and the President of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, in the near future. It was a Great Honor to be a part of this Historic Meeting!”
