On the last day of May, a little girl was taken to the hospital after paramedics received a call informing them that the child had fallen from a residential building in Vanier. The child suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, according to Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesman Marc-Antoine Deschamps.
