Neil Saravanamuttoo promises to ‘shake things up’ if he is the new mayor of Ottawa


“Major spending decisions align with the priorities of powerful developers, not ordinary residents,” Saravanamuttoo said. “Both of these are investments that I see very few people in the community asking for, while I see a lot of demand for better transportation, for community recreation services, frankly just fixing roads and pursuing basic services.”
