“At the end of 2024 the City has initiated a major search for an assistant general manager of transportation services to bring fresh perspectives and experience to support the department during a period of significant change,” said an email from city manager Wendy Stephanson to Mayor Sutcliffe and city councilors, sent shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 31.
