On a Netflix show StoriesAI processing was used to enhance the dimly lit office scene to bring contrast. I had the same experience watching scenes from Wake up on Netflix, which happens often at night. I could still see the main characters even in the darkest parts of the scene. The YouTube videos of the WIRED interview were clear and interesting as well. In comparison, low-end televisions look more like a computer display with bright colors playing the same clips.
Samsung also used AI to improve sound quality. Just in time for the World Cup, Samsung’s new AI sound feature helps boost announcers’ volume while reducing crowd noise while watching soccer matches. For movies, AI Sound Controller Pro’s sliders can help raise and lower the volume of background music, but the experience is still buggy. Even though I could adjust the sliders, it would always go back to the default settings. Still, with the help of Dolby Atmos, I found myself immersed in the experience as the sound bounced around the room while watching. It is not broken.
There were also several errors that I have seen in the tests. AirPlay worked fine, but when trying to use Google Cast to stream Guest: Romulus on HBO Max from my Android phone, an error occurred. Cloud game on GeForce NOW also presented an error that prevented me from authenticating with the service. Samsung representatives are looking into these issues.
Despite the glitches, I’m convinced that The Frame Pro is a capable gaming display. Gamers who want to connect a console or gaming PC can use the small HDMI port on the back of the TV or Wireless One Connect box. Both support refresh rates up to 240 Hz. I’m not a competitive gamer, so I stuck with a breakout box to connect my PC. I was surprised Crimson Desert stutter-free performance. Everything looked rich and interesting – there was also no lag using the Xbox controller.
I tried it too Aphelion using the Xbox Cloud Gaming app for console-free gaming. Other than a little stuttering due to lag, it all worked well. Saga of Senua: Hellblade IIa game that normally looks enhanced on some competing TVs and consoles, looks great on the screen.
The Frame Pro 2026 is a unique state of the art television, and one of the best I’ve tried. Tizen OS improvements, matte finish with anti-glare coating, and AI improvements make it more attractive. My only slight pause is the price. The Amazon Ember Artline also looks amazing and costs about $900 less. But The Frame Pro is what you want for realism and bright colors.
