MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court disqualified the Senator Bato dela Rosa’s request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against him International Criminal Court (ICC) document for Wednesday, May 20.
However, the Supreme Court only dealt with the immediate relief sought by Dela Rosa and has yet to rule on other aspects of his petition, such as questions about the jurisdiction of the ICC.
