The crowd repeatedly called out the “elected right” of the Marcos regime in its crackdown on corruption. INC members wore white shirts emblazoned with “transparency for better democracy.” Some INC members slept in the area.
Marcoleta is faces the possibility of arrest more than P75 million in campaign contributions he accepted while he was still a member of parliament, which he did not include in his Statement of Contribution and Expenditure and in his Statement of Assets Liabilities and Net Worth for 2025.
