The City of Ottawa has a history of making bad decisions and then reversing them. Maybe someone at City Hall will finally wake up and smell the coffee. I have been following women’s hockey closely for the past 35 years and I am very happy that they are finally getting their due. I have been to the last two women’s worlds in Utica and the Czech Republic and found it very exciting to watch. These women play for the love of the game, not necessarily the money, although that’s good too. Come to Ottawa, do the right thing for a change.
